AJL License

Ajl License

Borang AJL-1 · Regulation 3

AJL licence application, prepared end to end.

We assemble the whole submission — company profile, capital structure, marketing plan, sales kit and Form AJL-1 — and file it through BLESS 2.0 as one complete pack. Incomplete applications are not considered, they simply sit.

The submission pack

What has to be in the folder

Tick what you already have. Whatever is left is what we start with.

Document readiness

0 of 9 ready. Nothing here is sent anywhere — the ticks stay in this browser tab.

This is a working checklist, not the official form. Send us the gaps and we will tell you what each missing item actually needs to contain.

How we run it

Four phases, in this order

Eligibility and structure review

Before drafting: your model, shareholding and capital position checked against what KPDN requires. If the structure is wrong, no amount of good paperwork fixes it, so this comes first.

Marketing plan rework

Your compensation plan read the way the Controller reads it. Recruitment-weighted income, unlimited-depth promises and entry fees dressed as product purchases are the parts that attract questions.

Pack assembly and submission

Form AJL-1, company profile, capital evidence, organisation chart, EPF statement, sales kit and code of ethics compiled as a single consistent set, then filed through BLESS 2.0.

Queries and collection

Requests from the Direct Sales Controller carry a deadline from the date of the letter, so responses are drafted immediately rather than queued. On approval, collection is done in person by the managing director or senior management.

Where applications go wrong

The four failures we see most

Capital stated but not held

Paid-up capital declared on the form that is not actually in the company. The fastest way to lose months, and it cannot be argued around after submission.

A plan written for recruits

Compensation plans built to excite a launch audience read very differently to a regulator. Rewriting before filing is cheap; explaining afterwards is not.

Inconsistent numbers

Capital, equity split and nature of business stated one way on the form and another in the filings. Every inconsistency becomes a query, and every query restarts the clock.

A thin company profile

Director and shareholder backgrounds submitted as a list of names. The profile is read as evidence that real people are accountable, so it has to carry substance.

Questions about the application itself

Can we submit the application ourselves?

Yes. Nothing stops a company filing its own application through BLESS 2.0. The reason most do not is that an incomplete or inconsistent pack is not rejected outright — it waits, generates queries, and the time lost is rarely recovered.

What does the Ministry look at hardest?

Capital actually held, the marketing plan, and whether the people behind the company are identifiable and accountable. Those three are where applications live or die.

Does the marketing plan have to be final before we apply?

It has to be the plan you intend to run, because the sales kit given to every participant contains it. Changing the plan materially after approval is not a free action.

What happens if KPDN raises a query?

You get a letter with a deadline running from its date. Missing it is treated as non-compliance, so somebody needs to produce documents quickly. We handle the drafting and keep the source files ready for exactly this.

Can we start taking sign-ups while we wait?

No. Carrying on a direct selling business without a valid licence is an offence under the Act, and collecting joining fees ahead of approval is the clearest version of it.

Do you handle renewals as well as new applications?

Yes. Renewal is lighter than a first application but it still has a deadline, and a lapsed licence stops the business rather than pausing it.

Send us what you have. We will tell you what is missing.

A short review of your structure, your capital position and your plan is enough to say whether you are ready to file or two months away from it.
